We begin by listening. Your land, lifestyle, and vision become the foundation of everything that follows.
Our structural engineers and designers collaborate to create precise drawings and frame plans tailored to your site.
Beams are hand-selected, kiln-dried, and cut with machine precision — then hand-finished by our craftsmen in our facility.
Our crew raises your frame on-site with the care of artisans and the efficiency of experience. We stay until it's right.

FAQs
Most residential timber frames are fabricated within 6–10 weeks and can be erected on-site in as little as a few days. Total project timelines depend on planning, site preparation, and fit-out, but our off-site fabrication significantly reduces the construction phase compared to traditional methods.
Yes. We have extensive experience supplying and erecting timber frames for commercial developments including lodges, multi-unit housing, agricultural buildings, and community structures. We work directly with developers and main contractors.
We are based in Bunnamayne, Bridgend, Donegal and serve clients across the whole of Ireland and the United Kingdom. Distance is not a barrier — our frames are prefabricated in our facility and transported to site.
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with external architects, structural engineers, and self-build clients. We can work from existing drawings or provide our own design and engineering service from scratch.
Timber frame is exceptionally well-suited to Ireland's climate. When properly designed with adequate vapour control and weatherproofing, a timber frame structure performs better thermally than masonry — and has done so across Northern Europe for centuries.
